WARRANTY ASSISTANCE POLICY
MANUFACTURING DEFECTS- Each manufacturer has its own warranty policy. Always Riding will assist customers with their warranty; however Always Riding does not provide any direct warranty or exchange on any item sold.
All our products come after a quality check from manufacturer; however if still there is any manufacturing defect found in your product you do not have to worry as we will assist you with getting it replaced or repaired from the manufacturer.
- To determine warranty requirements for a specific item, please contact the manufacturer directly using our Invoice or contact us for assistance.
- Please note warranty processing may take 2-4 business weeks and will be subject to the individual manufacturer's policies and discretion.
The manufacturers and importers that we represent are the very best in the business. The brands that we carry are ones that you, our customers, have asked for. As such, all of the products that we carry are of the highest quality. Except when otherwise stated, the only warranties applying to materials sold are those, if any, specifically provided by the manufacturer/importer to be honored by the manufacturer/importer.
As sellers, we make no warranties, expressed or implied, of performance, merchantability, workmanship, quality, durability, suitability, or non-infringement including those instances where changes, alterations, or modifications are made in materials at the request or instruction of the purchaser. In no event shall we be liable for any incidental, special, indirect, punitive, lost profits or consequential damages of any nature.
The warranty requires to be registered with the relevant brand, as per the
manufacturer/importer policy. However, we take full obligation to assist our customers in the process of applying for warranty and ensuring it reaches the right inbox. The final decision always rests with the manufacturer/importer.
