Step 1 - Prep
- Undo all buttons, Velcro and buckles
- Shake off any surface dirt
- Wipe clean with a damp microfiber cloth
- Dissolve 1 cap of detergent in a bucket of water, per pair of gloves
- Soak for at least 30 minutes
- Avoid hot water. Test with your fingers first. If it’s too hot for your fingers, it's too hot for your gear.
Step 2 - Which Detergent?
- Use (in order of preference)
- Purpose-made tech-wash
- Neutral unscented liquid detergent
- Woolen liquid detergent
- Baby shampoo
- Completely Avoid
- Any type of granular powder detergent
- Any type of heavily scented liquid detergent
Step 3 - Wash and Rinse
- Wear the gloves and dip your hands in the bucket
- As if you’re washing your hands, scrub the gloves together
- Focus on spots with grease and grime
- Repeat until clean
- Rinse multiple times until free of detergent
- Avoid using hard, abrasive brushes. Use a soft brush if required.
Step 4 – Flat Dry
- Lay the gloves flat over a towel, in a well ventilated area.
- For leather gloves, during the drying process, put the gloves on at regular intervals, and flex your fingers and wrists.
- This is important for leather gloves to retain the shape and fit of your hands.
- Do not hang dry. Do not expose to direct sunlight while drying.
Step 5 - Condition
- Once completely dry, gently rub leather conditioner over leather panels
- Lay flat over a towel to allow the leather to absorb the conditioner
- Repeat as required. Wipe off any excess conditioner with a microfiber cloth.
- Skip this step for textile or mesh gloves/panels
Step 6 - Storage
- Store in a cool dry ventilated place, away from direct sunlight.
- Do not store while damp or wet. Dry completely before storage.
- Clean thoroughly before long-term storage.
SHIPPING POLICY
All our orders are shipped from our warehouse and we process the orders within 2 working days. Shipping charges depend upon the order weight and we charge you as per the shipping matrix provided by the courier companies. Tracking details for your order will be updated in your account once the order is confirmed for processing.
All the products shipped from us are uninsured. We do not take any responsibility for any losses, damages or delays occurred.
However, Products above 3500 Rs. are eligible for INSURANCE wherein we send your shipment through Shiprocket via SECURED SHIPMENT and in case of theft or damages the product value upto 80% can be claimed if all the necessary required proofs submitted by you are legit and approved by SHIPROCKET.

SECURED SHIPMENT SUSPICIOUS DELIVERY
If you receive the package in a suspected tampered/damaged condition-
- A single legit video needs to be made which shows the shipping label with clear AWB number
- and in continuation video of the box from all sides and then the unboxing of the product
- click atleast 5 clear images showing the box label with AWB number, box image, product image.

- Our team will inspect the data if found legit then we will share your data with shiprocket team as a complaint along with our packaging video and if claim approved by shiprocket we will then process your refund.
- The process will take 2-3 weeks so kindly have patience.
You will be provided an invoice in all instances where payment is involved.
Any part or whole of the order, if declared out-of-stock, will be notified to the customer. We will wait for your response for 2 business days before processing the part order. In failure to do so, the order will be shipped as-is. Any amount owed to the customer will be refunded via same mode as the payment made. Please note, out of stock items will not be automatically shipped once the product is back in stock. You will have to place a fresh order and all the other policies apply thereof.
We will not be held liable for delays caused due to factors beyond our control. Any freight charges or delivery charges will not be refunded under any circumstances.
APPROXIMATE TIMELINE FOR PACKAGE TRANSIT & DELIVERY:
Orders once shipped, are typically delivered in 5-7 business days in metros, and 7-10 business days for the rest of India.
*Delivery time may vary depending upon the shipping address and other factors (public holidays, extreme weather conditions, etc.).
Note:
Team Always Riding India has no control over the courier once the package is handed over and a tracking number has been assigned to the order.
SUSPICIOUS PACKAGE CONDITION ON DELIVERY:
If you receive the package in an open condition or suspected tampered condition, kindly make a proper clear video of the unboxing along with the shipping label with clear visibility of the AWB number.
For any incidents of damages/ theft/lost package or missing contents via any private courier or Speed Post (India Post), Team Always Riding will not be held responsible in any manner.
For any incidents of spillage of liquid items due to courier handling or in transit damage, Team Always Riding will not be held responsible in any manner.
MANUFACTURING DEFECTS EXCHANGE- Each manufacturer has its own warranty policy. Always Riding will assist customers with their warranty; however Always Riding does not provide any direct warranty or exchange on any item sold.
All our products come after a quality check from manufacturer; however if still there is any manufacturing defect found in your product you do not have to worry as we will assist you with getting it replaced or repaired from the manufacturer.

All Products must be returned in unused, unworn and un-ridden condition to qualify for an exchange.
In the event You receive a damaged / defective product or a product that does not comply with the specifications as per your original order, You are required to get in touch with the customer service team within 24 hours of receiving the order, through any of the below mentioned channels:

Upon receiving Your complaint, Always Riding shall verify the authenticity and the nature of the complaint and if Always Riding is convinced that the complaint is genuine, Always Riding will process your request for a replacement. However, in the event of frivolous and baseless complaints regarding the quality and content of the products, Always Riding reserves the right to take necessary legal actions against You and You will be solely liable for all costs incurred by Always Riding in this regard.
Before accepting shipment of any product, kindly ensure that the product’s packaging is not damaged or tampered. If You observe that the package is damaged or tampered, request You to refuse to accept delivery and inform Always Riding at the earliest. Always Riding depending on the nature and category of the product may restrict the return process of the product.

Please retain your return tracking information. Always Riding is not responsible for any packages lost during return shipment. You will receive a confirmation email from Always Riding when your return is processed.

- We expect the product(s) not to be worn or used in any other way and in original (new) condition, including all labels and the original invoice should be accompanied with the above mentioned return form filed with all details.
- Any signs of usage or abuse to the products is NOT acceptable.
- Road usage will void all return/exchange requests.
- Returns/Exchanges/Refunds NOT valid on electronic devices such as communicators, action cameras, bluetooth kits or related accessories.
- Returns/Exchanges/Refunds NOT valid on spares & helmet accessories such as visors, spare parts, anti fog lens, vents assembly and inner paddings.
- The withdrawal period will expire after 48 hours from the day on which you acquire -or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires- physical possession of the product(s).
- You are responsible for all shipping costs associated with getting your order back to the warehouse address as specified to you from our Team.
- For customers in any location, you have the option of using the carrier of your choice to return your order to us.
We recommend shipping with a method which includes online tracking option and insurance for your return shipment.

- Physical Courier Tracking Receipt should be emailed to us at hk@alwaysriding.in for our reference.
- All shipping costs applicable for returning the items are to be borne by the customer.
- Any loss, theft, damage to articles in transit while returning the products is at customer's risk.
- TO PAY / COD will NOT be accepted by us at the time of arrival of returns at our address.
- Once package is delivered to our address, it takes up to 3-5 business days for us to open/unbox and evaluate/inspect all returns before we email you our feedback.
- You will receive a confirmation email from Always Riding when your return is processed which will include the full details of applicable refunds if any or further steps to proceed with product exchange or store credits/ Refund to original source of payment.
For Exchange Orders:
- Applicable Reshipping Courier & Forwarding Fees for the new shipment (exchange order) will be notified to you by our team.
Once paid , the exchange order will be released for dispatch by our logistics team. -
Limit to One Exchange Request per Order (Multiple Items Allowed) Note:
- There is a limit to only one (1) return request as per applicable item(s) for each order.
- Multiple exchange requests will NOT be applicable for the same.

The exchange order once delivered is not valid for any further exchanges / returns.
For Refunds:
- Refund will be processed as per physical restocking inspection to validate the acceptable condition of the said order.
We shall reimburse all payments, excluding the initial costs of delivery
- If you have used any of the payment gateways on our website while placing your order, a 5% deduction shall be made on the total paid order value.
This is the non-refundable commission that the payment gateway charges us for inbound & outbound transaction. - The refund amount is explained in details as below:
Applicable Refund Amount* =A minus B minus C
Values Defined as below:
(A) is Total Amount Paid for Order
(B) is 5% payment gateway fees applicable on Total Order Value Paid.
(C) Courier Fees for the first shipment as incurred to us as per actuals.
The Applicable Refund Amount* will be credited to the original source of payment within 7-14 business days after diligent inspection of the returned items at our warehouse.

Helmet Trials:
It is advised to try the size & fit of the helmet directly as delivered.
Special Note:
Peeling off the protective sticker from the helmet's primary visor or sun visor or antifog lens will be termed as used and non returnable. - Apparel items must be packed in their original garment bag (or equivalent plastic bag protection) and include all original tags. The plastic bag protects the item from the cardboard. Items packaged without this protection most likely will arrive scuffed and will be returned to the customer.
- Helmets must be shipped back as they were received in their original helmet bag, box and include all original paperwork and accessories.
- Un-used items that are returned with damaged packaging or missing tags, components, covers, accessories, manuals or hangers may be returned back to the customer or subject to an additional processing fee of up to 50% of the product cost based on the availability of those missing or damaged components.
